Snagging your new build property

On average, there are around 200 snags in each new property. We look at three main categories - Cosmetic, Fit and Structural.

Cosmetic

These are obvious cosmetic snags that are easily spotted and easily rectify

Fit

From windows and doors to insulation and appliances. Are they fitted correctly?

Structural

Serious issues that are hard to spot and extremely expensive to rectify later
